the complete skiing handbook
I can't believe it told me how to go deep powder skiing because deep powder skiing is really difficult with out the right technique. while I was at Saddleback with Alex he tried to tell me how ski deep powder but I couldn't get the hang of it. After reading this part I have a better understanding of what I need to do next year.

Do you think the book did a nice job of explaining deep-powder skiing, Ian? Why were you surprised that the book covered that topic?
ReplyDeleteMy husband went out to Saddleback last year to night ski after a huge, day-long snow storm. I was worried about him dying on the roads getting there and back but he still talks about it today as one of the best skiing days he's ever had. I hope you can figure it out now so you can have a similar experience!
